Stardust Is My Idol

David Bowie has inspired me my entire life, ever since I was a little girl. My first experience with him was his movie labyrinth, and after that my mom saw too it that I got a proper education in all things Bowie. He taught me that its okay to be yourself no matter who you are even if you're an alien from outer space. It was important to draw him as Ziggy to me because that make up was a big part of being who he was, and I love that he didn't care, and tried to make other people not care. The original art by MRC, was done in oil pastel and black ink. Limited run of 250 prints.
